“I entered the Resene Nature Murals Competition earlier this year being in a position where my job looked likely to be on reduced hours due to Covid-19. The lightning bolts and words on the mural are a playful attempt to acknowledge the site being on a power substation, but also an attempt to tie in the idea of the energy and efforts that people have made. The birds are symbols of what has been achieved so far,” says Kiran. I love seeing babies wearing my shoes, it makes me feel very proud and a few times I have been out and about and a few people have heard me call out to my boys and they ask if I’m the chick on facebook that sells the shoes. It’s a pretty cool feeling and makes me want to do my children proud.

Win Valley locals monitoring the stream they live by

The locals around Brooklyn are noticing our presence and really appreciative of the changes we’re making. A crew of seven had a successful working bee yesterday morning, once again tackling the Old Man’s Beard (OMB) mess adjacent to Blue Gum corner. These hedges are very close to the Motueka River and are adjacent to an extensive stretch of new riverbank native planting, so it seems well worth trying to reduce the OMB seed spreading in that immediate area. Store hours NZ roulette sites may vary on public holidays and during the festive season. Burger Wisconsin Brooklyn serves not just the Brooklyn community but also neighbouring areas including Newtown, Lyall Bay, and Happy Valley. Visit us at 57 Cleveland Street, Brooklyn, Wellington for what our customers tell us are the best burgers in town.

It’s all go in Brooklyn! Working bees, river sampling, planting…

  • After many sleepless nights and hours upon hours of changing my patterns to perfect them and searching for the perfect leather to use I finally decided to make a facebook page.

You can review the vendors and their individual processing purposes on the vendor list. I was asked to design some girly shoes and then my very own flower design was born! After many sleepless nights and hours upon hours of changing my patterns to perfect them and searching for the perfect leather to use I finally decided to make a facebook page. Following this time, those attending were offered a space of reflection to remember stories of God’s goodness in their own lives, and to practice telling these firstly to people they knew well, and then to others in the room who felt less familiar. The ten winning artists and regions are listed below, with their designs visible here. Winning designs receive a $1000 grant upon completion, along with a $750 Resene paint voucher and other materials to paint their mural.

Thanks for sharing your time and giving us an insight to your brand. We look forward to seeing your development and growth. From London to Brooklyn can be found on Facebook as well as in-store at The Department of Curiosities and Fine Things in Napier, Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. I found a small bag of leather in the local Salvation Army shop for $3 and attempted to make my son some moccasins, after that I was hooked and began buying scrap leather from local saddlery’s and upholsterers. I make 100% genuine leather baby shoes which I have a huge passion for! My business is named after my two sons London and Brooklyn.
